2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk, can use evaporated milk

Mix and bring to rolling boil and let boil 1 minute. Set off fire and add: 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Drop on waxed paper. Let cool.
