BROILED SALMON 
Split salmon in half and place under broiler for 5 minutes. Remove and tear out bones. The bones should be removed quite easily.

Make a mixture of:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Shot of wine

Cover fish with mixture and return to broiler. Fish is done when it is flaky but still slightly moist.
