BROILED SESAME-LIME SALMON
4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
2 fresh limes
Raw sesame seeds
Parsley for garnish
Lime slices for garnish
butter

Rinse salmon steaks and pat dry. Remove the little bones that stick up with tweezers or finger tips. Broil on well-oiled broiling rack for about 4 minutes. Remove rack from oven. Turn steaks. Pour the juice from 1 medium sized lime over the 4 steaks, dot with butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Return to broiler for about 6 minutes or until light brown and fish flakes easily. Don't over cook! If desired, remove skin and lift out center bone before serving. Garnish with parsley and lime. Serve with boiled new potatoes and green beans.
