TUNA-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable combination
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom or cheddar cheese soup
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Peas, cauliflower & carrots.

Combine all ingredients except noodles in 2 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (High) 14 to 16 minutes or until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender, stirring once or twice. Top with noodles. TIPS: Other frozen vegetable combinations can be used. Cheddar cheese soup can be substituted for mushroom soup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
