TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
1 bag nacho Doritos
1 (2 lb.) block Cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 head lettuce
1-2 tomatoes, diced
1 bottle choice of Ranch, Italian or French dressing

Brown meat, drain off grease. Mix seasoning and water. Simmer. Serve each ingredients separately. Allow each guest to mix own. This way leftovers are more appetizing when stored separately and fresher.
