2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Dip hot muffins in 2 tablespoons melted butter; then in 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. serve warm.
