VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. California mixed vegetables, or your choice
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. pieces

TOPPING:

1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Crumble together.

Cook vegetables. Drain well and stir in butter and cheese until melted. Heat if necessary. Put vegetables and sauce in casserole. Sprinkle topping over it. Heat at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 8.
