CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
3/4 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 lb. chicken wings Break wings apart at joints and cut off tips. Soak chicken in cold salted water for 1 hour. Rinse and pat dry. Marinate wings in above mixture overnight or at least 5-8 hours. Cover cookie sheet with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until wings are crisp. |
