BEST EVER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Sugar for sprinkling
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt, mixed

Paper a 12 cup muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk and vanilla. Begin and end with dry ingredients. Fold berries into batter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Makes 12.
