CHEESE AND HAM FONDUE CASSEROLE | |
6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. chopped cooked ham 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. skim milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 4 shakes Tabasco sauce 6 slices bread without the crust Line a casserole with the bread slices. Combine all other ingredients and pour over bread slices. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Place in a cold oven and heat to 325 degrees and cook for 45 minutes Serves 8 to 10 people. |
