MARINATED CARROTS | |
2 lbs. carrots (peeled and cooked) or 3 cans cooked carrots (drained) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. vinegar 1 lg. onion 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. mustard 3/4 c. sugar 1 can tomato soup 1 lg. green pepper Mix all ingredients, add carrots and store in jar or tight container. Refrigerate. |
