CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears or cut asparagus
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. light cream or milk
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
10 oz. sliced cooked chicken
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook vegetables, drain; arrange crosswise in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. For sauce, melt butter, stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add milk and broth all at once. Cook and stir until bubbly; continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in wine, add Swiss cheese; stir until melted. Pour 1/2 of sauce over broccoli. Top with chicken, pour remaining sauce, sprinkle Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden.
