CRUNCHY CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 cabbage, shredded
4 scallions, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Ramen seasoning

Make dressing ahead and refrigerate. Roast almonds, sesame seeds and noodles until crunchy and brown. Set aside. At the last minute toss everything together. Note: Leftovers may be refrigerated, but noodles will lose their crunch.
