SAUSAGE AND BEAN STEW 
2 pkgs. Hillshire Farms smoked sausage (approx. 2 lbs. total)
16 oz. pkg. dry red kidney beans
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
3 lg. onions, cut up
4 stalks celery, chopped
10 c. water

Place olive oil in Dutch oven and cook onion and garlic until onion is transparent. Add sausage cut in bite size pieces and brown. Add 10 cups water, bay leaf, celery and package kidney beans. Cook for 3 hours stirring occasionally on low flame. In process of cooking, mixture will thicken. Serve over cooked rice.
