RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
7 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 oz. red coloring
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans

Combine.
