REFRIGERATOR FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
1 lb finely ground crackers (Ritz)
4 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. candied mixed fruit

Melt marshmallows in milk. Put cracker crumbs in large mixing bowl and add nuts, raisins and candied fruit, and marshmallow mixture. Mix well and press into an air tight covered loaf container. Seal and refrigerate. This will keep indefinately. Enjoy!!!
