FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 med. sliced apples
1/4 c. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. broken English walnuts or pecans
1 c. whipped whipping cream
1 c. small marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. drained pineapple

In pan combine eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice, salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken, add cheese. Cool! Ad celery, crushed pineapple, diced apples, nuts and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and freeze. Makes 12 servings.
