CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. MJB wild rice (cooked according to directions)
2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery soup
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix together, put in 9x13 pan. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes top with French fried onions.
