BREADED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion flakes
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) melted butter

Mix seasoned bread crumbs, grated cheese, onion, parsley, oregano flakes in shallow pan. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture, coating thoroughly. Fold chicken in half crosswise.

Place in buttered baking dish, tucking ends under. Bake in 375 degree oven until chicken is tender and lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
