PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES 
6 pork chops
3 or 4 peeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Place apples in greased baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
