BROCCOLI CANTONESE 
3 lb. broccoli
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
Pinch of ginger
Salt to taste
1/4 c. peanut oil

Combine all ingredients (except oil and broccoli), and set aside.

Slice broccoli STEMS diagonally and cook in skillet with hot oil, stirring 2 minutes, then add FLOWERETTES and cook another 2 minutes, stirring gently; push broccoli to side of skillet and add chicken mixture; cook slowly until thickened. Cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Stir all together gently and serve.
