MOM D'S FISH CHOWDER 
1 1/2 lb. boned fish
6 med. potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 qt. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
1/4 lb. butter

In large saucepan place potatoes, fish, tomatoes and onions. Add milk and seasonings. Cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add cream and butter; heat through. Best when served on a sailboat in the Bahamas!
