2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled & sliced into 1/4" rounds 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped Freshly ground pepper, to taste Dry potatoes, combine next four ingredients. Brush potatoes with butter mix. Place potatoes, butter side down on grill over medium high coals. Grill 10 minutes each side, baste several times, turning only once. Cook until nicely browned and crisp. Serves 4. |
