EASY FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes at medium, then stir in the semi-sweet chocolate until melted. Beat in the marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla until mixture is well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and smooth down. Cool at room temperature before cutting into squares to serve.
