MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup flour
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
confectioners sugar

Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla, cream until light and fluffy. Add flour and walnuts; mix well. Roll into 2 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
