MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in flour and salt. Add pecans and blend well. Chill dough 2 hours. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Roll 2-3 times in powdered sugar.
