GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or 1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown onion, garlic and ground beef. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add mushrooms and liquid. If fresh mushrooms are used, add 1/3 cup water, cook 5 minutes. Add undiluted soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and catsup. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve over hot rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
