HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
Dash garlic powder
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup

Saute onion in butter in heavy skillet over medium heat until transparent. Add ground chuck and cook, stirring until beef is light brown. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; add to mixture. Add mushrooms and soup.

Cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4.
