SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 sm. cans shrimp with juice, do not drain
1 pkg. crab meat chunks, cut into bite size pieces
3 tbsp. pimiento (opt.)
2 tsp. seasoning salt
Mayonnaise to desired consistency

Mix all ingredients. Serve on bed of lettuce. Elbow or seashell noodles can also be added in which case more mayonnaise would be needed, 3 to 4 cups noodles. Yield: 4 quarts.
