SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 lb. crab sticks
2 cans shrimp, drained
1 lg. apple, cored and peeled
2 lg. celery stalks
3-4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 hard boiled eggs
2 bays (vegetable) noodles
1 tsp. Old Bay season
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 lg. potatoes, cooked and cubed

Cook off noodle and drain; rinse with cold water and put in large bowl. Chop up crab sticks, celery, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and add to noodles. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. You may want to add more mayonnaise if you like yours more creamy. You may garnish with green pepper slices for color.
