SPINACH PIE 
PIE SHELL:

2 pkgs. stouffer's spinach souffle
1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Dash of tarragon
Dash or garlic salt
Can Durkee onion rings
1 tbsp. butter

Defrost spinach. Saute mushrooms in butter, add tarragon and garlic salt, spinach and 1/2 can onion rings. Mix together in pan.

Pour in a thawed pie shell that is lined with other half of onion rings. Bake for 45 minutes at 450 degrees. After 35 minutes sprinkle with Swiss cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
