1/2 cup sugar
1 medium chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1 cup salad oil

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve over fresh spinach with crumbled bacon and hard boiled eggs.
