1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

Boil first 5 ingredients at hard boiling stage for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat last 3 ingredients into mixture. Beat until thick. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper.

Let stand until thick and hard.
