PUMPKIN - CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour milk

Beat pumpkin, sugar, egg and shortening. Add dry ingredients and milk. Beat until fluffy. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle each muffin with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
