FRUIT BALLS 
1/2 lb. dried apricots
1/2 lb. dried prunes
2 slices candied pineapple
1/4 lb. candied cherries
1 c. nuts
1 c. honey
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Force fruits and nuts through food grinder twice, using fine cutter. Add honey to fruit mixture in bowl, mixing well. Shape into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Store in covered container in cool place. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
