SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. onions, sauteed in 1 stick butter 2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, microwaved and/or drained 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 can artichoke hearts 1 pt. sour cream I cut artichoke hearts in half, mix all together. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
