SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onions, sauteed in 1 stick butter
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, microwaved and/or drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1 pt. sour cream

I cut artichoke hearts in half, mix all together. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
