CORN SOUFFLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients and place in deep 2-3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
