CORN SOUFFLE | |
1 can cream style corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 onion, chopped 1 egg 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. jar pimiento 2/3 c. milk 1 c. rolled Ritz cracker crumbs 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/3 stick butter, melted Mix all together. Place in greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
