STRAWBERRY-PECAN CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. milk
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. pecans

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. drained strawberries (reserve juice)
1/2 c. pecans
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. coconut

Mix cake mix and Jello. Add oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Stir in nuts, coconut, and strawberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool. Remove from layer cake pans and place on cake dish.

Spoon a little strawberry juice on each cake layer before frosting. Cream butter and sugar together and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread on layers.
