SUMMERTIME TRIFLE 
2 c. cold skim milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 c. thawed light whipped topping
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 sm. peach or nectarine, cut into bite size pieces
1 (12 oz.) pkg. golden loaf cake, cut into slices
2 c. summer fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, seedless grapes & raspberries,
nectarines, plums & blueberries)

Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping, orange peel and peaches. Arrange pound cake slices on serving plate in pinwheel fashion. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake. Top with fruits. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Makes 12 servings.
