2 lbs. hash browns (shredded frozen) can use O'Briens 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 c. milk 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream chicken soup 1 tbsp. chives Mix all together, place in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 2 hours, if frozen, 1 hour thawed. Serves 10. |
