COOKED BARBECUE SAUCE 
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 med. onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. parsley
1 sm. cayenne pepper
1 c. sautern wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Put onions, garlic, parsley, and hot pepper in blender. Blend, with just enough water, to make it blend. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, liquid smoke, and tomato sauce. Simmer this entire mixture until onions are done, about an hour. Cover while simmering. If needed, add water.
