DEVILED MEAT DIP 
1 can Vienna sausage
2 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut sausage and eggs into fourths. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed and of spreading consistency (about 10 seconds or less). Serve with crackers as a dip or spread on bread.
