DEBBIE'S CARROT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots

Grease 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients and sift well. Cream eggs and sugar; add oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in carrots. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before icing.

ICING:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 cube butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Top with nuts.
