PENNY'S CHINA BAY SKILLET 
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 can turkey or chicken
1 can Italian green beans, drained
1/2 can water

In saucepan cook onions in butter until tender. Add broth, rice, water, water chestnuts and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until done. Add chicken and beans heat and stir often. Serve with additional soy sauce.
