MARINATED CARROTS 
5 c. sliced carrots
1 green pepper, chopped very fine
1 med. onion, chopped very fine or 1/2 c. chives
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook carrots until firm, just until form goes in slightly. Do not over cook or they will get mushy. Drain carrots. Mix all of the above ingredients and pour over drained carrots. Let stand 12 hours before serving.
