DOUBLE PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 3/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. water Mix 2 2/3 cups flour, salt and shortening together with pastry cutter or 2 knives into pie size pieces. Mix 1/3 cup flour and water together to make paste. Mix flour mixture and paste together. Roll out 1/2 at a time. |
