THREE DOUBLE PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix dry ingredients and shortening until like cornmeal; mix other ingredients together and add to flour mixture. Mix with fork until ingredients form a solid dough. Form into six balls and refrigerate in a sealed Tupperware bowl until needed.
