NO FAIL DOUBLE PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. Crisco
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Whip Crisco, boiling water and milk with a fork until mixture is like whip cream. Add flour and salt. Mix with a fork until all mixed. Make 2 balls and roll out pie dough.
