SOFT CREAM COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. thick sour cream

Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart. Sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield 7 dozen cookies plus.
